Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Standard Shipping is £5 per order, and is FREE if you spend over £20 (This will automatically taken off at checkout). Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

How long do I have to return an order?
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive a full refund as soon as the item is returned and processed. Please contact us if you receive an item that is faulty, Contact Us.
What will happen when I return an order?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Do I have to pay shipping return my items?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless you receive a faulty item, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
